At Stagecoach we teach children and teenagers how to sing, dance and act, not just to perform on stage and beyond, but more
importantly to accomplish better in life.
For nearly Twenty-five years we have seen the younger generation gain confidence,
stretch themselves, and make essential life skills while learning the various tools to sing, dance and act and most importantly
have some fun!

Ideal for ALL abilities, Stagecoach provides the chance for kids to pursue a profession in the arts or simply just to
learn newer skills to share with family and friends.

If you're looking for children's dance classes what about considering Stagecoach for your child, as in addition to
enjoy dancing classes our students also take singing classes and drama classes. As being a school of performing arts for children
we believe that singing classes and acting lessons complement dancing classes make it possible for our students to become
proficient all-round performers.
Unlike most dancing schools Stagecoach puts equal focus on drama classes and singing
classes. In our dancing classes kids learn a wide range of styles from jazz, hiphop, street to modern stage and contemporary.
Our dance classes tend not to include ballet or tap.
Stagecoach drama classes also offer a wide variety of subjects
including improvisation, mime, characterisation, voice etc. Drama schools can look for this selection of expertise in students
auditioning for higher education.
In addition to dance lessons, drama lessons, and singing classes, Stagecoach
students also have the chance to take exams in musical theatre. Preparation for these will typically occur as part of dancing
lessons and other classes. Additionally some Stagecoach Schools run a more complex dancing class (referred to as a Dance Troupe)
for any older students.
Stagecoach isn't a dance school; it is a performing arts school for children. Many
Stagecoach students attend dancing classes at other dance schools. These dancing classes may be in ballet or tap dancing,
which Stagecoach doesn't cover. Stagecoach dance classes include jazz, hip-hop, stage, along with a variety of other types.
As with many a kids dance class, the normal content is warm ups to learning steps and working routines. Similarly, other
drama schools may provide you with the same ingredients as Stagecoach, but Stagecoach offers every one of these performing
arts classes in one location.
In line with other drama schools Stagecoach possesses its own agency where youngsters
are offered professional work. Their dance lessons, singing lessons and acting lessons are an important part of their preparation
towards gaining work in performing arts for children if that's the road they choose.
Stagecoach also offers
some children the opportunity to perform on the West End Stage. In preparation for this they may need extra dancing classes
and acting lessons. Other dance schools pay to look in independently run shows, but Stagecoach runs its very own event for
its huge network of performing arts schools for the children.
People often wonder how Stagecoach manage quality
control. This really is taken care of by an independent company who train inspectors to assess drama classes, dancing lessons
and singing lessons. Each Stagecoach school is inspected yearly by an Inspector who will typically spend time watching the
dancing class and the other classes. Stagecoach believes that parents appreciate these spot checks, which we feel are unique
to the Stagecoach organisation. Additionally all of our Principals and teachers are CRB checked and have a strict Child Protection
Policy specifically developed for Stagecoach Schools.
First stages classes caters for children aged Four to six. This
provides shorter kids dance classes and is very popular. Children love to feel they attend a dance school or drama school
plus they thoroughly enjoy getting involved in performing arts for the children.

So whether your little one wants children's dance classes or drama lessons you would be smart to consider Stagecoach where
you can be certain your son or daughter is getting a complete education in performing arts for the children. Unlike Tv programs
such as The X Factor, Stagecoach doesn't pander to youthful fantasies of stardom, although past students have gone on
to have professional careers in showbusiness, including Jamie Bell, who acted title role in the film Billy Elliott, Emma Watson,
who played Hermione Granger in Harry Potter, and much more recently Cher Lloyd, finalist within the 2010 X-Factor series.
